A lot of games have been indeed been played since the start of the season but if one was to shortlist some of the best games we have seen so far, then last night performances would definitely have a number in that list. A lot of underclassmen have declared for the NBA Draft, so I figured it was as good a time as any to do another mock draft for the lottery.  The draft order was determined by record.  (Note: This article was written on April 28th.)
